Directions:
BEFORE 1ST USE: Shake well & repeatedly press marker tip up & down on test surface for 1 min. to activate. Polish must flow consistently from tip for best coverage.
BEFORE EACH USE: Shake well. On test surface, press marker tip up & down until it's completely covered with polish. Draw & paint your nails! Close cap tightly after use.

Ingredients:
Water, acrylates copolymers, neem oil. May contain: red 28, red 22, blue 1, titanium dioxide, fluorescein.
Yippee yellow is a perfectly bright sunshine yellow color. It is perfect for a base color or to use in designs. The paint goes on well and covers nicely. Some yellows are too thin and don’t color well, but this one is thicker and covers well. The pen is a great size for little hands to use.
