Directions:
BEFORE 1ST USE: Shake well & repeatedly press marker tip up & down on test surface for 1 min. to activate. Polish must flow consistently from tip for best coverage.
BEFORE EACH USE: Shake well. On test surface, press marker tip up & down until it's completely covered with polish. Draw & paint your nails! Close cap tightly after use.

I love how fun and easy these pens are to use at first, but after the first use and trying to get the pens to work again they can be tricky! The solution and colors are the same quality and vibrancy as I expect with the pots of paint, but if you’re not careful it’s easy to end up with a glob of paint on your nail(finger, hand etc). When you get the hang of it, or even if you start with a base color and use the pens for drawing, you can make some cute, fun, colorful designs!

I got these for my 10 year old and she absolutely loves them! My nieces got to use them as well and loved being able to do their own nails and draw designs on them. They lasted almost 2 weeks on my daughter’s nails!

These are portable & easy to carry, in the car or backpacks. Lower smell than nail polish which is nice for those of us with chemical sensitivities. The marker head is thicker than we would like for designing nails, but they work for just painting or coloring the nails. We are giving it 3 stars because the point is a little too thick for kid nails, and more colors would be nice for elaborate designs.

I was surprised to receive a random assortment of colors (not the array of colors I had been expecting to order) along with some repeats even. The paint pens were just lose in the package that came in the mail. I was hoping to give this as a gift and pictured a cute little set in some sort of package. They are just loose paint pens. I decided not to give it as a gift since they lack the presentation I was hoping for. I will likely not order again.
