Directions:

  • Wash hands with soap and water 
  • Apply 2-3 thin coats of Piggy Paint
  • Air dry 60 seconds

Optional for best wear:

  • Blow-dry polished nails for 1 minute with a hairdryer set on warm heat/low blower setting.
  • Use Piggy Paint Basecoat for extended wear and Topcoat for added shine.

No glow - very disappointing

We love Piggy Paint but this one has been a disappointment. My daughter was soooo excited for it but it unfortunately does not work. The bottle glows very slightly, but nothing on the piggies. We’ve tried as a top coat on a base color as well as a top coat with no color- no luck.

We’re so sorry to hear that our glow-in-the-dark polish didn’t meet expectations—especially when your daughter was so excited! “Radioactive” does need a strong light charge to glow best, so we recommend holding the painted nails under a bright light (like a lamp or flashlight) for about a minute before turning off the lights to see the glow. Applying multiple layers can also help boost the glow effect! That said, we always want you to be happy with your Piggy Paint experience, so feel free to reach out to our team—we’d love to help make it right!

Most fun nail polish ever??

This is so fun!! My daughters and I got this glow in the dark nail polish to use together and it's been so fun to see how excited they are when they glow. It does wear off pretty quickly, so I recommend applying a fresh coat if you want it to glow more than one day in a row, but it goes on a lot more clear than I expected, so it works really well as a topcoat. We found it glowed more on a blueish base polish than it did on top of pink for some reason though, so that was interesting! We will have to experiment with more colors in the future. I will definitely buy more of this when we use this bottle up.

Shine a light on it to make it glow

While giving it several coats helps to make it glow, the glow wears off quickly. If you shine a light on it for a bit it glows a ton. Fun nail polish for littles.
