My daughter (7) and I love these pens! They make painting your nails much easier and less messy than traditional nail polish. No risk of spilling the bottle. Easy to apply. Colors are vibrant and if applied according to directions, the paint lasts a while. The pens also allows my daughter to put little designs on her nails. We will be purchasing more in the future!

We love Piggy Paint in our house full of little girls and I love that they are non toxic. I was excited to try out the pens and see how easy they were to use with little hands. My girls loved using the pens by themselves and I didn't have to worry about the bottle of nail polish spilling. The one thing that I didn't love about the pens is that once you got the polish flowing it would gush out and would be hard for my girls to keep it on the nail. But even that wasn't too bad because the nail polish is easy to wash off the skin. Not only did we use the pens to color the entire nail but we also used the pens to draw lines and dots on their nails. It worked great for the detail of lines and dots until you needed more polish on the tip of the pen and it gushed out again messing up the details. Overall we loved the pens and my girls are always asking to use them. A more fine tip pen would be fantastic in the future.

It takes forever to get out and it takes like 4 coats to get one lol good look. My kids got bored and frustrated.
Sorry to hear about your experience! For best results, shake the pen well and press the tip down a few times—it should be fully saturated within a minute. If not, please reach out to our customer service team! Also, make sure each coat is completely dry before adding another layer. Using a blow dryer on low between coats helps the polish set faster and last longer. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve—thanks for giving Piggy Paint a try!
If you have a child who likes to try to paint their nails independently, these are a perfect solution! They did take a little bit of time to start to get the paint to the tip, but once the tip was filled, my 5 year old daughter was able to paint her nails without making a huge mess. I love that these are non-toxic and do not have a chemical smell. They dried quickly so she was able to design on top with a different color without having to wait too long. The tip was a great size for covering her nail but was a bit difficult for her to draw details with. Perhaps a finer tip can be offered in the future? We enjoyed the variety of colors too!

The idea of all of this is beautiful. I don't like that it takes forever to get the paint down. And the red just isn't hitting how the others are. But my kids are all excited about it. I love that it's not toxic and doesn't have that chemical smell. It's easy for my kids hands and the polish lasts a pretty long time on their hands! Customer service is amazing and is quick to fix any issues there are with the products.
