Piggy Paint Pens

The idea of all of this is beautiful. I don't like that it takes forever to get the paint down. And the red just isn't hitting how the others are. But my kids are all excited about it. I love that it's not toxic and doesn't have that chemical smell. It's easy for my kids hands and the polish lasts a pretty long time on their hands! Customer service is amazing and is quick to fix any issues there are with the products.

Not the best

I love piggy paint and it is the only brand I use for my dog and the lil kids that visit our house sometimes. However these pens were kinda meh. The red one wouldn’t come out at all, blue took forever but started running a bit, and I would have to stop after every swipe to press the pen down some more to keep it running-ish. Pink and purple ran well and quickly, like under a minute. Purple was transparent and needed a few layers to be a solid color but pink was good. Green was the best pen of them all. Great color, consistency, and very easy to apply.

So basically out of the entire pack only green and pink were really good lol. If the other colors hadn’t struggled then this would be five stars easily. Considering that these pens are aimed at kids, I think they need some work. I’m an adult and was straight up struggling with all but two of these pens lol.

Piggy Paint Pens

In trying to go natural I found piggy paint mentioned and I had to try. We tried a few out and fell in love! Now our collection has grown. We were so excited to find out that they make piggy pens now. We found that we followed the instructions for the pens and that the nail polish struggled to come out on a few of the pens, while some of the others came out really well. Throughout painting our nails we would have to keep repeating the process of shaking and then pressing until the polish would come out. My 12 year old could do it by herself but my 5 year old struggled to do it alone. I waited a week to put the review up after we painted because I wanted to see how our nails held up. My 5 year old and I did the recommended undercoat and topcoat, while my 12 year old didn't. I would definitely recommend the undercoat and topcoat as our nails held up much better than my 12 year olds. My 12 year old decided that she loved the pens to make designs on nails, while she prefers regular nail polish as the base. My 5 year old had a great time and can't wait to use them again. Thanks piggy paint for creating nail polish that I don't have to worry about using!

Fingers and Toes!

These paint pens are great. I have five colors: green, pink, red, purple, and blue. To begin with, the pens need to be activated. It is easy to do, and doesn’t take long, and after that, they are good to go.

They can be used to decorate already polished nails, or used to cover nails instead of traditional nail polish. The pens are not “drippy” so it is easy to make designs without polish glopping, plus it dries fast.

I am thrilled there is no smell, and I would not have a problem using it on a child. My suggestion is that they make more colors, especially white and black ones.

Although geared toward children, adults can use them, too. I recommend children use these with adult supervision.
I give these five-stars and recommend them.

Thank you, Piggy Paint, for providing Tickmenot with Piggy Paint Pens to review. Opinions are my own.

New way to paint tiny nails

We enjoyed using these paint pens to paint my daughter's nails. They seemed easier to use on tiny nails compared to a typical nail polish brush. We wanted to make designs but the tip seemed too large for that. It would be nice if the tip was slightly smaller.

Thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear that the paint pens made it easier to paint your daughter's tiny nails. We appreciate your feedback about the tip size and will share your suggestion with our team. Your input helps us improve, and we love hearing how our products are being used. Happy painting!
