Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water
- Apply 2-3 thin coats of Piggy Paint
- Air dry 60 seconds
Optional for best wear:
- Blow-dry polished nails for 1 minute with a hairdryer set on warm heat/low blower setting.
- Use Piggy Paint Basecoat for extended wear and Topcoat for added shine.

This color is a pretty gold but it doesn’t stay on. We did multiple thin coats and dried with a blow dryer as suggested. Compared to the other piggy polishes, which we love, the gold came off (like completely fell off the nail in a solid piece) the first night in the bath. The other polish colors don’t do this and last at least a few times. I wouldn’t purchase this color again.

Since our polish is water-based and non-toxic, it wears a bit differently than traditional nail polish. We recommend applying our basecoat and topcoat and setting each layer with a warm blow-dryer for 30 seconds for best wear. This helps the polish cure properly and stay on longer. My daughter raved at how glittery gold the nail polish was! After 2 coats, it's a nice, saturated gold color versus it being more translucent. Beautiful and perfect for parties!

We’re big Piggy Paint fans, and were excited to try Heart of Gold. It’s a nice true gold colored polish with a glittery finish. We did about three coats to get the rich gold color that shows in the bottle. We’d recommend using the base and top coat with the polish; without it,I was able to peel the polish off of our nails and it chipped and was mostly off the same day. We love that Piggy Paint is non-toxic and I feel much better with my kids using this over any other polish on the market. They love it too! If you’re looking for a nice gold polish, I would recommend Heart of Gold.
