love the colour!

I LOVE this colour, especially with Winking of You layered on top.

BUT I love it so much that I came today to order another couple colours. And there was a banner on every one of the polishes I wanted pages for a 20% discount on .5 oz polishes at checkout, code TUTUCOOL23!

Except it doesn't work, even though all three of the colours I had added to my cart were .5 oz.

I don't know if the promotion ended but the webcoding wasn't updated or what, but decided not to buy more after all. Stuff like that feels a lot like bait and switch and I hate it.
